Prior to joining Vintage, Abe was an equity analyst with Goldman Sachs, covering Israel-based technology companies in a wide variety of sectors, including software, telecom equipment, networking, semiconductors, and satellite communications. While at Goldman Sachs, Abe and the Israel team were highly ranked by both Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Abe was Vice-President at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where he helped launch and led the firm’s Israel technology shares institutional sales effort. Before joining Piper, he was an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman, covering the enterprise software and internet sectors. Abe began his career at Josephthal, Lyon, and Ross, joining one of the first research teams focused exclusively on Israel-based companies. Abe graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and a concentration in Finance.

Prior to founding Vintage, Alan Feld was a General Partner at Israel Seed Partners and at Vertex Ventures. Prior to Vertex, Alan was the Managing Director of Evergreen Capital Markets/Robertson Stephens Israel. Before moving to Israel in 1994, Alan was at Goodman’s (Toronto), one of Canada’s leading corporate law firms. Alan is the Founding Chairman of Power in Diversity Israel, an initiative to add more people from under-represented communities in Israel to venture capital community and the start up labor force. He served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Be’eri project, an initiative of the Hartman Institute, and is also a former board member of the Israel Democracy Institute and the Jewish Funders Network (US). Alan also served as Associate Chairman of the Canadian Jewish Congress, President of the North American Jewish Students Network and a board member of the Canada Israel Committee and Kolot (Jerusalem), a pluralistic adult Jewish education program. Alan received an MBA from York University in Toronto, an L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a B.A. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.

Prior to joining Vintage, Amit was a General Partner at Viola Ventures (f.k.a. Carmel Ventures) and Israel Infinity Fund, and he managed Clalit Capital. Clalit invested in 17 companies and achieved 13 successful exits, generating an IRR of over 60% per annum. Amit’s investments include Forescout (FSCT), Breezecom (BRZE), Nur Macroprinters (NURM), Paradigm Geophysical (PRDM), Radvision (RDVS), Viryanet (VRYA), Samanage (acquired by Solarwinds), Red Bend (acquired by Harmani), NiceCom (acquired by 3Com) and cVidia (acquired by Amdocs), among others. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Earnix. Amit received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Asaf served for over 10 years as a partner at Tulchinsky Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co., Law Offices, focusing on venture capital investment activities and representing high-tech and pharmaceutical companies in areas of M&A, private equity, and general corporate and security matters. Asaf holds an LLB degree from the University of Hertfordshire and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998. As Vintage’s General Counsel, Asaf advises the team on venture capital formation, fund-raising, venture investments, deal structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company and general matters.

Prior to joining Vintage, Asaf was a Principal at Greylock IL (now 83North) and worked on enterprise software and consumer deals in Israel and Europe. Before joining Greylock, Asaf was a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a member of the corporate development team. Previously, Asaf interned at JLL Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Asaf holds a BSc in Computer Science and Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar (High Honors).

Prior to joining Vintage, Atar was a Financial Controller at Optibase, as well as an Economist and Risk Manager at Nestlé Israel (Osem Group), and a Senior Associate in EY’s Tel Aviv office. Atar holds a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and an MBA in Business Administration with a major in Financing, both from the College of Management.

Prior to joining Vintage, Chaya was a Senior Manager at Ernest & Young for 7 years, in the real estate cluster, and two years at BDO, in the industrial cluster. Chaya holds a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Prior to joining Vintage, Danielle was a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Harel Insurance & Finance, where she led large-scale media campaigns and developed a cohesive brand across various platforms. Danielle also served as a Financial Project Manager at the Israeli Embassy in Costa Rica and held advertising and communication roles at Yedioth Ahronoth and DAB. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations, Media, and Communications, and an MBA specializing in Strategy and Marketing, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prior to joining Vintage, Danielle was the Head of Business Development for a fintech startup, where she led the business development and marketing initiatives, directed the sourcing and funding of startups, and created partnerships with tech companies and banks. Danielle worked and lived in Asia for 8 years. Before that, Danielle worked at leading global media corporations, Fox and Endemol-Shine, in strategy and management roles, establishing new business operations, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and driving strategic partnerships. Danielle is also a corporate lawyer with several years of experience, having worked at Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co. (now Meitar, Liquornik, Geva, Leshem, Tal), a leading Israeli law firm. Danielle holds a LL.B. in Law from Tel Aviv University and Cardozo School of Law in New York.

Prior to joining Vintage, Eden was a Senior System Administrator of Twistech and designed/built a cloud farm infrastructure for cloud backup and disaster recovery plan solutions such as: Migration and upgrade large Microsoft Exchange environment's, DAG, Hybrid and Cloud solutions, and designed and upgraded large Microsoft Domain environments to active directory domain functional levels. Eden is an expert in building AD, DHCP, DNS, RDS Farm solutions. He is certified in MCSA / MCSE / CEH / MCP / OCA.

Prior to joining Vintage, Efrat worked as a visual designer at Research Studios in London, UK, at the invitation of Neville Brody. At Research Studios, Efrat was responsible for creative concepting and design production. Efrat has developed strong experience in print design, advertising, and strategic branding. Efrat graduated with honors from the Shenkar College of High Engineering and Design, Tel Aviv, Israel with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Visual Communication (B.Des).

Prior to joining Vintage, Eitan was an advisor to the Director General of the Ministry of Transport in the fields of public transportation and smart transportation and acted as a business consultant. Eitan is an expert in consulting, business development, and project management for private companies and municipal bodies in both Israel and the United States in various fields, especially in the field of technology for smart cities and smart transportation. In his position in the Ministry of Transport, Eitan led multiple regulatory processes and bills and was a partner in setting and writing precedent-setting regulation in many areas.

Prior to joining Vintage, Elad served as a Financial Controller at Peninsula Group LTD. Before that, he served for 7 years as a Manager at Ernst & Young. Elad holds a BA in Accounting and Economics, from the Open University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Before joining Vintage, Eldad served as the Director of Data at Rapyd, where he played a key role in establishing and developing the entire data function from the ground up. His visionary leadership and data management and analytics expertise enabled Rapyd to leverage data as a strategic asset, fueling business growth and operational excellence. Before that, he worked as a Data Analyst at Anyclip and a Fraud Data Analyst at LivePerson, where he specialized in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities. Eldad holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin Academic Center.

Prior to joining Vintage, Erez was the Director of Security Engineering at Rapyd, where he led teams specializing in architecture, cloud, and application security. He developed a comprehensive security program, significantly enhancing the company's overall security posture and fortifying its cloud and IT environments. Erez implemented advanced security technologies and internal solutions for threat detection and vulnerability remediation, contributing to compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, and more. Before Rapyd, Erez was the Cloud Division Manager at Consist Systems, where he single-handedly oversaw a private cloud environment for dozens of customers and managed cloud migration projects. Erez holds a BA in Computing and Information Systems from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo and possesses extensive knowledge in various cloud providers and IT and security systems.

Prior to joining Vintage, Gal studied Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Laws at Reichman University. He excelled academically, earning a spot on the dean's list twice. Gal co-founded and managed the "Praxis Club" at Reichman University, where he made a significant impact by organizing dynamic programs and fostering a vibrant community. He was also an active member of the Debate Society and led the university's running team.

Prior to joining Vintage, Gilad worked as a Financial Analyst at Prometheus Financial Advisory, the Israeli member of the Valuation Research Group (VRG), in the Department of Complex Financial Instruments. Before that, he was a Venture Capital Analyst at Cactus Capital. He holds a combined Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Ben Gurion University and is currently pursuing an International MBA Program at the Guilford Glazer Faculty at Ben Gurion University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Hadar worked at Mobileye as a Bookkeeper in the Accounting team, and before that at an importer of baby products in Moshav Shoresh in the position of Payroll and Bookkeeper. Hadar holds an A certificate of Bookkeeping and Payroll that she graduated with from Mishlav College in Tel Aviv.

Prior to joining Vintage, Ilan served as Cybersecurity Global Head of Business Development Startups and VCs at AWS, where he orchestrated strategies to accelerate the growth of cyber startups globally. Ilan's career includes founding The Shelf a corporate innovation consulting firm and serving as venture partner at Bright Pixel Capital and Axon Fund of Funds, facilitating investments and impactful partnerships between Fortune 500 companies and startups. He also co-founded Wiffinity, an in-store engagement startup and Rubik a digital marketing agency. Ilan holds a BA in Business Management and completed an INSEAD executive program on Leadership Development.

Prior to joining Vintage, Inbar studied Industrial Engineering and Management, with a specialization in Business Analytics and Information Systems. Inbar served as a Captain in the IDF’s C4I. As an officer, Inbar was honored twice for her outstanding performance.

Jonathan is Head of Investor Relations at Vintage Investment Partners, where his team leads the firm’s partnerships with existing and future investors globally. Jonathan brings years of experience in relationship and stakeholder management across institutional allocators. Before joining Vintage, Jonathan spent nine years at BlackRock, playing key roles in their institutional businesses across the U.S. and Israel. Aside from his professional pursuits, Jonathan serves as President Emeritus of the American Jewish Committee’s Global ACCESS Board and as an observer on the AJC Global Executive Committee. Jonathan is a CFA charter holder and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. He also serves on the board of the CFA Society Israel.

Prior to joining Vintage, Jordan graduated Cum Laude from Reichman University with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. He was awarded the Dean's List and named a "Cramer Scholar" for his academic achievements and dedication to the university community. Jordan joined the firm as a Marketing Intern and was promoted to Investor Relations Analyst. Previously, Jordan served as the President of JLIC Herzliya, the largest student organization on campus with over 500+ members and is also an active volunteer at Neve Michael Children's Home in Pardes Hanna, spending time with Israeli children at-risk.

Prior to joining Vintage, Keren served as Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Finance, leading the Ministry during the height of the Covid-19 crisis. She arrived at the Ministry of Finance after serving as the Director-General of the Ministry of Transportation. Before that, she served as Vice President for Infrastructure and Transportation Planning. Keren works with Vintage’s vast network of LPs, GPs, and Founders to improve work processes and operations while simultaneously advancing Vintage’s path of continuous growth within the firm, including a focus on scaling, and increasing diversity, inclusion, and ESG values at the firm and across the Israeli-tech ecosystem. Keren holds an MBA, majoring in Finance and Accounting, and a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Economics and Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prior to joining Vintage, Leonid served as a Financial Controller at TFM and at WebPick Internet Holdings. Before that, Leonid was a Senior Associate at Tzur Management and a Senior Associate at Ernest & Young. Leonid holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Prior to joining Vintage, Lihi worked as a data analyst at IVC. She has also served as an Operations Officer in a combat unit in the IDF intelligence unit- 8200. As an officer, Lihi was honored for her outstanding performance. Lihi is a graduate of Reichman University's Arison Honors program, holding a B.A. in Business and Data Analytics. She managed the "VC Club" at Reichman University for 2 years and now takes an active role in the non-profit organization "VC Club Group" board.

Prior to joining Vintage, Lior served in the IDF Intelligence Corps, where he engaged in Intelligence, Technology, and Operational Joint Ventures with foreign security and intelligence organizations in Europe. During his military service, Lior received the operational division excellence award and together with his team, won the Creative Thinking Award from the Chief of Israeli Military Intelligence (2-Star General). Prior to joining Vintage, Lital was a Senior Manager at EY’s Israel Tax Department, focusing on Investment Funds (FOF, Mezzanine, PE, VC), Hedge Funds, and International and Israeli Taxation for 9 years. She's led tax projects and provided ongoing tax advisory services to various global funds and companies, mainly in the Hi-tech industry. Lital holds a LLB in Law, and she has been a Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2010.

Prior to joining Vintage as Legal Counsel, Matan interned on Vintage's legal team, focusing on fund formation, capital financing, commercial law and ongoing legal consultation in Israeli and U.S. corporate and securities law. Previously, he spent two years as legal assistant to Strauss Israel's General Counsel and Strauss Group's Head of Compliance focusing on Data Protection, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Global Compliance Processes . Matan holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2023.

Prior to joining Vintage, Michal worked at EndyMed Medical Ltd. for 5 years as an Account Manager. Michal holds a General BA from the Essex University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Natalia held Marketing Communications roles at startups in France and Israel. She graduated with honors and holds European and American diplomas from the American University in Bulgaria with a BA in Business Administration, Management, and Minors in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Communications. Natalia was a Dean's List awardee and the Commencement Speaker of the Year. She completed programs in Finance at the University of Vermont and in Innovation at Northeastern University in Boston. She's dedicated to mentoring youth while advancing the entrepreneurial landscape across MENA.

Prior to joining Vintage, Nate was part of Deloitte’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice for a total of five years, advising strategic and financial investors, primarily in Israel. Nate is a member of the Board of Directors at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies where he serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. Nate qualified as a CA (Chartered Accountant) in India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Prior to joining Vintage, Niv served as Israel's Economic Consul in Shanghai. Niv managed a team of trade officers and handled business development and GTM strategies for Israeli companies seeking to enter the Chinese market. Before that, he worked at the Ministry of Economy's foreign trade administration, which oversees all the government's trade policies. Niv was the chief of staff to the trade commissioner and head of the Europe Department. Niv also worked at the Ministry of Finance as a law intern. Niv holds an LL.B. in Law and Media from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.B.A specializing in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Noa was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group in the US, with topic experience in private equity and consumer strategy. Before that, Noa worked in a range of public sector roles, including working for the Australian Government. Noa holds a double degree in Law and Commerce (majored in Econometrics) from Monash University in Australia and has published on constitutional law.

Prior to joining Vintage, Noa served in the IDF Intelligence Unit 8200 as a Cyber Operations Officer. With the outbreak of the Coronavirus, Noa joined Israel’s National COVID-19 Research Center to help make assessments for national policy decision-makers.

Prior to joining Vintage, Odem was a Data Annotation Tean Manager at Sensi.Ai. Additionally, she was an intern at Start-Up Nation Policy Institute (SNPI). Currently, Odem is pursuing an MBA at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prior to joining Vintage, Ofir was a Manager in Deloitte's Modeling, Valuations & Business Planning Team, developing and leading modeling solutions to support corporate transactions, strategy projects, business planning, and valuations. Ofir holds an MSc in Data Science & Business Analytics from CentraleSupélec & ESSEC Business School in Paris. In addition, he holds an MA in Financial Economics and a BA with Honors in Economics and Accounting, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prior to joining Vintage, Omri worked as an investor at Entree Capital and as a summer investor at Andreessen Horowitz where he partnered with early-stage promising companies across the enterprise verticals including AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Vertical SaaS. Before that, Omri was a Strategic Consultant at McKinsey & Company and advised Corporates and VC & PE funds on Strategy and M&A. He also interned with Nilus, an early-stage financial operations startup, and previously worked at the Ministry of Finance real-estate team. Omri holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and AMIRIM from The Hebrew University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Peleg earned a B.Sc. degree in Data Engineering and gained valuable experience serving in the IDF's BHD10 in the knowledge and information management department. Combining his academic and military background, Peleg embarked on his journey with Vintage, initially joined as a Data Analyst in a student position and later progressed to a full-time position as a Data & BI Engineer.

Prior to joining Vintage, Rolik was at Deloitte, Manchester, for 3 years, where he received his ACA qualification. While at Deloitte, he led audits within the FTSE division as an Assistant Manager. Rolik holds a BSc. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Salford.

Prior to joining Vintage, Ronit was a bookkeeper at DFJ Tamir Fishman, an Israeli venture capital fund affiliated with Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Ronit also worked at the Guberman Group, one of Israel’s leading suppliers of accounting and CFO services. She began her career at Emilia Development, an Israel-based investment company, for 20 years, as an account and payroll manager. Ronit holds a degree in accounting and payroll management."

Prior to joining Vintage, Rotem was at BCG for 7 years as an Office Manager. Rotem holds a BA in Communication and Media from Reichman University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Ryan was at a search fund that successfully acquired Voxco Survey Software. During his time there he was tasked with identifying and evaluating the commercial potential of companies in IT Services, EdTech, and Corporate Training. Ryan previously played professional basketball in Israel and held analyst roles in commercial real estate and banking. Ryan holds a BA in Business and Political Science from the University of Rochester.

Prior to joining Vintage, Sally worked at Eurofen, a private financing company for businesses, where she worked as an Account Manager. Previously, she worked for two years as a Private Banker at Hapoalim and Discount as well as at the Israeli Tax Authority as a technical consultant. Sally has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Open University of Israel.

Prior to joining Vintage, Sarah was at Hamilton Lane as an Associate, Relationship Manager for Product Clients. Before that, Sarah worked in Brand Development at Mira Zwillinger and has also held positions at Apax Partners, Excellence Nessuah, and Pioneer International.

Prior to joining Vintage, Shachaf served as the Deal Flow Manager at Cactus Capital Fund, and before that as an analyst. Simultaneously, he worked as a coordinator in the International Jewish Youth Leadership Program at the Jewish Agency. He is passionate about basketball and also worked as a basketball coach for three years. Shachaf holds a bachelor's degree in political science, European studies and conflict management, from Ben Gurion University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Shira managed ‘Mechinat Bnei Zion,’ an NGO for non-formal education. Before that, Shira worked as a Strategic Consultant for McKinsey & Company, focusing on a wide range of industries. Shira was also a ‘Milken’ fellow in the Ministry of Economy, focusing on the export of Israel’s water technologies. Shira holds a BSc in Math and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Shirel was at BDO, where she worked for 3 years as a Senior Associate in the real estate cluster. Shirel holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Prior to joining Vintage, Shoshi was at Teledata Networks Ltd. for 14 years as an Executive Assistant to the CEOs. Shoshi holds a BA in Special Education and English Literature from the Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Tomer served seven years as an Israeli Airforce Officer, as a loadmaster, aircrew on C-130J aircrafts. During his military service, he fulfilled multiple positions, including Commander of the Development and Weapons Division of the 757 Unit, Head Developer and Project Manager of the new Loadmaster Training and Qualification curriculum, and Head of the Airforce's Loadmaster Academy. He was awarded outstanding officer of the Airforce Base and currently serves on active reserves as a Major. Tomer holds an LL.B in Law and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy as part of a specialized honors program (MACHPIL) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Prior to joining Vintage, Tomer served as a combat soldier and commander in the IDF intelligence unit- 8200. Even after his service, Tomer continues to stay involved by directing programs at Alumot, a veteran alumni organization of the 8200-combat field operations unit.

Prior to joining Vintage, Tzlil was a Manager at Monitor Deloitte Strategy Consultancy, focusing on technology and media industries. She’s led numerous projects for startups and tech companies, analyzing their situations and supporting decision-making. Before that, Tzlil worked at the research department of the Bank of Israel. Tzlil holds a BA in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from the Hebrew University.

Prior to joining Vintage, Yael was a Reconciliation Bookkeeper at Payoneer Inc. in the Finance Department. Additionally, she was an Educator and Group Leader at the Jewish Agency in Jerusalem. Yael graduated with a BA in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires and made aliya from Argentina in 2020. Currently, Yael is pursuing an MA in Financial Economics at Reichman University. She is passionate about soccer and has played in three Maccabiah games and on two professional women's soccer teams.

Prior to rejoining Vintage, Yonatan was the CFO of IBT of the Maman Group in Tel Aviv. Previously to that, he served in senior finance roles at Vintage, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance. Yonatan has also served in Senior Finance positions at Mehadrin Tnuport in London and Amdocs in Raanana, Israel. Before that, he was a Senior at Ernst & Young. Yonatan has served as a TA in the accounting faculty at the Hebrew University. He has also served as a long-term mentor for Disabled Veterans of the IDF. Yonatan holds an MBA in Finance (Banking) and a BA in Economics and Accounting, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
