From day one, diversity and inclusion have been at the heart of what we’re about. It’s who we are.

Women and minorities comprise nearly half of our investment team. We are a much better firm because we are diverse.

Power in Diversity

Integrity, diversity, and inclusion are part of our cultural DNA at Vintage. We believe that diversity and inclusion are not only a moral obligation but are also an antidote to group think and help foster innovation and strong companies. As the founders and principal founder of the Power in Diversity Israel Initiative, we are committed to promoting and facilitating the participation of more women, more minorities and more people with diverse abilities and backgrounds in the Israeli high-tech industry. The initiative already comprises over 240 startups and more than 79 venture funds, who are working towards this shared vision.

Our values-based approach and commitment to responsible investing has led us to become a signatory and partner to the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). PRI is a global investors network working to incorporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in its investment decisions.

We stand up for our Values

Disturbed by sexual harassment in the venture and startup communities, Vintage has led efforts to foster accountability and reform, including creating tough policies and appointing a retired judge with related expertise, Ms. Dina Efrati, to address disputes and claims by entrepreneurs and venture investors. Over 50 Israeli venture funds have signed on. We have made reporting of cases easily accessible through the contact page on our website.
