In our series “Spotlight: Exceptional Women”, Orly Glick, Partner at Vintage Investment Partners, will interview leading women in unique positions in the tech and VC worlds, who are blazing the path for women executives and entrepreneurs.
In this episode Orly interviews Rona Segev, Managing Partner at TLV Partners.
Rona shares how she started her entrepreneurial path at the age of twenty four and how as an investor, she loves connecting with seed stage startups and supporting them through their product-market fit journey.
Rona is a Managing Partner at TLV Partners, and is most passionate about cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity — passions that are reflected in her current investments
Prior to Co-Founding TLV Partners, Rona served on the boards of: Varonis Systems (NASDAQ: VRNS), Traiana (acquired by ICAP), Skycure (Acquired by Symantec), Identify (acquired by BMC), Actona (acquired by Cisco), Item Field (acquired by Informatica), Aduva (acquired by Sun), Worklight (acquired by IBM), fring (acquired by GenBand), and Totango.
Before she became an investor, Rona founded and managed Kidum Multimedia, a 3D Computer Game company, which was acquired by SEA (1994-1998).
Perhaps due to her entrepreneurial background Rona spends most of her time investing in seed stage companies. The adventure of reaching product-market-fit is one that she loves joining founders on.
