In this episode Orly interviews Nofar Amikam, General Partner at Glilot Capital. Nofar shares what inspired her to rethink her career path and choose to be an investor and the strategy behind the value creation team she built at Glilot.

Nofar is a General Partner at Glilot Capital Partners, one of Israel’s leading VCs. At Glilot, she is investing in seed-stage startups and supporting the fund’s portfolio companies in their PMF and GTM efforts. Nofar has founded the fund’s Value Creation team and its Advisory Board that includes over 100 executives from Fortune 1K organizations worldwide.

In her previous role, Nofar worked for Microsoft connecting top-notch startups to Microsoft’s largest corporate customers worldwide. Prior to that, she worked at JVP, a $1.2B under managed VC, managing their investments and supporting their portfolio companies. She was also one of the founders of ITC and was Head of Business Development for Startups at Deloitte.

Nofar is an alumnus of the 8200 intelligence unit of the IDF (received two awards of excellence for her service), she has an Honored MBA diploma from Ben Gurion University in partnership with Columbia University, and was chosen as one of Israel’s promising leaders by Globes “40 under 40”.
